Les' 1968 Maxi Taxi

This a picture of Lizzey. I didn't really want to buy her. I was at church and some guy wanted to now if I was interested in something that looked like a old Ford on a VW Frame. For $1,200.00 and when I seen her it was love all covered in dust and rust. The guy built her back in the 70s and fell and broke his hip with only 70 miles on her and it set in his garage for 8 years. I wanted her but didn't really want her so I said I could give him $400 down and the rest with in 6 months if he would hang on to her. He agreed I had the money but wasn't sure how to tell my wife. So after about 3 months I told her I met this good looking red head with a great body, and she said you are talking about a car. She liked it when she seen it. Lizzey has been in our family since 1999. She has a 1968 frame, 1969 -1600cc engine single port bored out with a Maxi Taxi body.
