Description: Last year there were 68 VWs registered
from six clubs from five states meet at the battleship
in Mobile, and this year they hope to better. Hours
are 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with many door prizes
to be given out. This event is open to all VW owners,
water- and air-cooled alike, Not a show and shine,
just a meeting of Volkswagens. They will have a
host motel for those that want to come early and/or

Volkswagen - Organization: Vintage Volkswagen Club
of America - Location: History Kelley Park, San
Jose, CA. Description: All air-cooled VWs are
welcome, and all cars entering the park MUST register

27, 2013 - 2013 NORRA Mexican 1000 Rally - Location:
Mexicali, Mexico. Description: Open to all automobiles
and motorcycles that meet basic safety standards
as outlined in the new NORRA rulebook, although
the spotlight will remain squarely on vintage machines.
Each day the rally consists of special stages (unlimited
speed timed satges in the dirt) linked together
by controlled speed liaison/transit sections (highway).

Organization: Madera Fairgrounds (off highway 99 at
1850 W. Clevland. Description: Nearly 300 VWs
on display in over 23 classes (stock and custom, air-
and water-cooled) with participant judging and over
60 swappers. Free parking and spectator admission
with a can of food for the Poverello House. Bring
your VW Hot Wheels to race, kids coloring contest.
Parade of Champions and cars are parked in classes.

of Columbus Georgia - Location: 1270 Metro drive
Columbus Ga. 31904. Description: We'd like to
get the word out that Scumbugs of Columbus Georgia
is sponsoring the 2nd annual Bugs on the Hooch.
If this is anything like last years turn-out, we're
sure to have a wonderful day. The trophies are being
made , (ratt-rod styled) and the plans are in motion.

is ripe for a v-dub club, and we're here for the

the Hooch event is located on the banks of the Chattahochee
River. It is held at the park with access to the

yards away you'll find a Civil War naval museum.
Fort Benning has a newly built military museum.
And to top it all off, Columbus will open its' brand
new "Whitewater" rafting course the very
next week! This is a must see for people in the
southeastern U.S. There will be no charge for this
event. Venders are welcomed and people are encouraged
to bring out their swap meet items. Food will be
on site , with proceeds going to our charity of

Kitchener Waterloo. The Kitchener-Waterloo &
Area Bug Club (in association with Kitchener-Waterloo
Optimist Club) is proud to present the 32nd Annual
Canadian Bug Out. This is the longest running Volkswagen
show in Canada...be sure not to miss it! This is
a single day event. The show will be held on Sunday,
