Being from eastern Ontario and getting lost in central North Carolina was one of the best things that ever happened to us. On one of our excursions to the southern US, the better half and I drove by a little out of the way VW repair shop in Salisbury NC. From that day sprung a friendship that lasted for years to come. Owner-operator Bill Rary was one of the finest "good 'ole boys" you would want to meet. Because of his love of VW's I am the proud owner of this replica 40 Ford Coupe.
